Ghost Cards tab
If your company uses ghost cards, use the Ghost Cards tab to set up identification values to identify which expense belongs to which employee.
Screen Fields
Some companies use credit cards that have the same account number and are shared by many people in the company. These cards are known as "ghost cards." Since the account numbers are not unique for each employee, it is necessary to set up identification values to determine which expenses belong to which employees.
Ghost Card Identification
Use this group box to determine the starting and ending position in the credit card file that identifies the ghost card values.

Enter the position number in the credit card file that contains the first character of the section that you want to identify. |

Enter the position number in the credit card file that contains the last character of the section that you want to identify. |
